About Us

E. H. Group is a Canterbury-based business providing housing to students, professionals and families and to housing associations across Kent and south London.

Three partners who have been working together for about 20 years own the business. Two of the partners are brothers and so we think there is a family feel to the way we work. Stephen Dean graduated with a business-related degree and has had an extensive business background; both Robin Dean and Mark McLeod are Chartered Surveyors by trade and have over 50 years of being professionally involved in property.

Whether the houses are owned or managed by us, our remit is to provide high-quality accommodation that we would all be happy to live in ourselves. We have a programme of ongoing refurbishment and modernisation to keep our properties in tip-top condition. Every student house is accredited under the Canterbury City Council Accreditation Scheme and we are also National Landlord Association accredited landlords.

In addition, we commit to providing a responsive service to matters arising during the tenancy. Our office staff are well experienced to deal with any queries arising during the tenancy and we employ a team of property maintenance professionals to deal with any repairs promptly and efficiently.
